5-Day Sale Terms & Conditions

  • 1. Sale Period
    The 5-day sale (the "Sale") begins on 23.11.2024 at 12:00 AM NZT and ends on 27.11.2024 at 11:59 PM NZT. All orders must be placed within this timeframe to qualify for sale prices.

  • 2. Eligibility
    The Sale is open to all customers purchasing through the Adored Again website (https://www.adoredagain.co.nz/) or via email at hello@adoredagain.co.nz. Discounts and offers are available online only and cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers.

  • 3. Limited Stock
    All sale items are subject to availability. Once an item is sold out, it will no longer be available at the sale price.

  • 4. Pricing
    All prices are listed in NZD and include GST. Sale prices are valid only during the Sale period and are automatically applied at checkout. No price adjustments will be made for previous purchases.

  • 5. Shipping & Handling
    Please note that due to high order volumes during the Sale, shipping may be delayed.

    • Processing for in-stock dresses typically takes 3-5 business days, while "On Arrival" dresses may take 15-30 working days before shipping.

  • 6. Returns & Exchanges

  • 7. Order Confirmation
    Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate to avoid delays.

  • 8. Product Descriptions
    While we strive to provide accurate product descriptions, there may be slight variations in product materials due to human input error. We cannot guarantee a 100% match between the description and the actual product.

  • 9. Cancellation Policy
    Order cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations due to the high volume of orders.

    Adored Again is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages once dispatched. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for any delivery issues.
