At Adored Again, we want you to shop with complete confidence. Whether you’re purchasing a regular, markdown, or made-to-order gown, our refund policy is designed to ensure a risk-free experience by offering generous return terms and covering all return shipping costs.

1. Full Refund Eligibility for All Gowns

  • Applies to:

    • All gowns available on our website—including markdown sale items.

    • Made-to-order gowns produced using our standard sizing.

  • Conditions:

    • The gown must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

    • The gown must be unworn, in its original condition, with all tags and original packaging intact.

  • Outcome:

    • These gowns will be refunded in full upon receipt and inspection.

2. Tailored-Made Orders

  • Definition:
    Tailored orders refer to gowns that have undergone additional custom tailoring beyond our standard sizing options. This includes adjustments such as hemming, waistline modifications, bust or shoulder alterations, or any other modifications requested to achieve a personalised fit.

  • Refund Policy:

    • Full refunds are not available for tailored orders.

    • If you decide not to keep a tailored gown, we offer a buy-back option.

    • The buy-back will be subject to a 30% restocking fee of the gown’s purchase price.

  • Outcome:

    • After deducting the 30% restocking fee, the remaining amount will be refunded upon return and inspection.

Adored Again 14-Day Free Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy for eligible items.

Eligibility

  • Applies to non-sale and non-clearance items only.

  • Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with original tags and packages.

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Costs

  • Non-sale / non-clearance items: Free returns (we’ll cover the return shipping cost).

  • Sale or clearance items: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping

  • Free shipping applies to orders over $900.

  • Any shipping costs paid by the customer are non-refundable.

How to Return

  1. Contact us at hello@adoredagain.co.nz within 14 days of receiving your item to request a return.

  2. We’ll provide return instructions via email.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method.

Important Notes

  • Items returned outside the 14-day window may not be accepted.

  • Refunds will be processed for the item’s purchase price only, excluding any original shipping fees paid by the customer.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your gown arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at hello@adoredagain.co.nz with photos of the issue.

  • We will arrange for a replacement (where available) or issue a full refund, including covering any return shipping costs.

Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges.

  • If you wish to exchange your gown for a different style or size, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired gown.
