Adored Again - Final Clearance Sale Terms & Conditions
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before participating in our clearance sale. By purchasing a gown during this event, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.
1. Sale Period
This clearance sale is valid from 12:01 AM NZST, 1st October 2025, until 11:59 PM NZST, 30th December 2025. All orders must be placed within this window to qualify for sale pricing.
2. Nature of the Gowns
All gowns offered in this clearance sale are off-the-rack sample pieces. These gowns were previously used for photoshoots, in-store try-ons, or as display models. They are not brand new.
3. Condition of the Gowns
Despite being samples, each gown has been meticulously inspected and is in perfect, near-new condition. We take great care to maintain our samples to a high standard. However, as pre-loved items, they may have minor, imperceptible signs of wear (such as slight scuffing on button bases or subtle fabric softening) that do not affect the overall beauty or integrity of the gown. These are considered part of the gown's character and are not classified as faults.
4. "As Is" Sale & Final Sale Policy
All clearance gowns are sold on an "as is" and "what you see is what you get" basis.
All sales are final.
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are strictly not permitted for reasons such as change of mind, sizing issues, or colour discrepancies with your screen.
We strongly encourage you to request all necessary information before purchasing.
5. Faulty Goods Policy
Your statutory rights are not affected. A return will only be considered if a gown has a significant manufacturing fault or damage that was not disclosed prior to sale (e.g., an unexpected hole, broken zip, or substantial seam tear). This does not include minor wear as described in Section 3.
To report a fault, you must contact us at hello@adoredagain.co.nz within 48 hours of receiving the gown, providing detailed photographs and a description of the issue. We will assess each case individually.
6. Measurements & Pre-Purchase Enquiries
Given the finality of the sale, we cannot stress enough the importance of confirming your size.
Measurements are available upon request. Please email us at hello@adoredagain.co.nz with the gown name/style number to receive detailed garment measurements.
It is the buyer's responsibility to compare these measurements against their own body measurements to ensure a proper fit. We are not liable for gowns that do not fit.
We are also happy to provide additional photographs or details upon request.
7. Pricing & Shipping
The price listed on the website is the sale price of the gown only.
Shipping and handling costs are the responsibility of the buyer and will be calculated and added to your total at checkout.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adored Again's total liability for any claim arising from this sale is limited to the purchase price of the gown. We shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to, costs for alternations, emotional distress, or wedding delays.
9. General
All gowns are subject to availability. In the rare event of an oversell or website content not updated, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.
Colours are represented as accurately as possible, but may vary slightly due to monitor settings.
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
